Artist - Allysha Farmer

Allysha Farmer received her BFA with a concentration in ceramics from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She currently is the academic studio technician at Northwest Vista Community College.  She uses both traditional and contemporary ideas in ceramics to create sculptures and functional pottery that reflect themes dealing with mental and physical illness.  Allysha has participated in several public art projects around Texas and her work has been featured in numerous group shows.
